
Privacy Policy TOKAR CLINIC
Section I. General Provisions
1. The website tokarclinic.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") is the property of Anatoliy Anatoliyovych Tokar, an individual entrepreneur and the owner of TOKAR DENTAL CLINIC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). All intellectual property rights pertaining to the content of the website, unless otherwise indicated, belong to the Company.
2. This Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") is applicable solely within the scope of the Website's Terms of Use and does not extend to third-party websites.

IV. Consumer Rights
1. The consumer, regarding their personal data provided for collection, accumulation, processing, storage, and use by the Company, has the right to:
1.1. Know the sources of data collection, the location of their personal data, the purpose of its processing, and the Company's location.
1.2. Receive information about the conditions for accessing personal data.
1.3. Access their personal data.
1.4. Receive information about whether their personal data is being processed.
1.5. Submit a reasoned request to the Company to object to the processing of their personal data.
1.6. Submit a reasoned request for the alteration or destruction of their personal data if the data is processed illegally or is inaccurate.
1.7. Protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage caused by deliberate concealment, non-provision, or untimely provision of data, as well as protection from the provision of information that is inaccurate or defames the honor, dignity, and business reputation of an individual.
1.8. Lodge complaints about the processing of their personal data to the Authorized Human Rights Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to a court.
1.9. Exercise legal remedies in case of violation of legislation on personal data protection.
1.10. Make reservations regarding the limitation of the right to process their personal data when granting consent.
1.11. Withdraw consent for the processing of personal data.
1.12. Know the mechanism of automated personal data processing.
1.13. Be protected against automated decisions that have legal consequences for them.
V. Disclosure of Confidential Information and Personal Data
1. The Company is released from the obligation to comply with the Privacy Policy regarding the consumer's Personal Data if the consumer voluntarily discloses their personal data publicly.
2. The Company has the right to disclose the consumer's personal data if the information obtained from the personal data is socially necessary, meaning it is of public interest, and the right of the public to know such information outweighs the potential harm from its disclosure.
3. The Company has the right to disclose the consumer's personal data with the consumer's written consent.
VI. Destruction and Deletion of Personal Data
1. Personal data provided by the consumer for collection, accumulation, processing, storage, and use by the Company shall be subject to deletion or destruction in the following cases:
- Termination of legal relations between the consumer and the Company;
- Issuance of a relevant order by the Authorized Representative of the Verkhovna Rada for Human Rights or designated officials of the Secretariat of the Authorized Representative of the Verkhovna Rada for Human Rights;
- Legal enforceability of a court decision regarding the deletion or destruction of personal data.
